This patient visited Dr. Frazar asking for a whiter, wider, and less gummy smile. The patient was born with peg teeth (smaller than normal), on her upper 4 teeth. She had bonding material placed to close the spaces at a younger age. The patient was now ready to place porcelain which would not change color and/or shape. Dr. Frazar spoke to the patient about removing the stained and chipped bonding material, bleaching her lower teeth to achieve the whitest shade to match her upper porcelain, laser re-contouring on her gums to remove excess gum tissue, and placed 8 upper all porcelain empress veneers. The patient was seen in 3 visits and is extremely happy with her new smile.
